Your tasks:
- Managing our reception/telephone in the front office for colleagues, customers and visitors
- Completing general administrative tasks/coordinating service and repair orders
- Ensuring order in the office and care of our plants
- Handicraft activities (e.g., changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, putting up shelves, etc.)
- Ensuring stock order and inventory documentation
- Provision and organization of fruit/snacks/drinks
- Hospitality at internal and external meetings
Your profile:
Hard Skills
- Practical experience in craft activities
- Good written and spoken German
- Confident use of MS Office
- Nice to have, but not a prerequisite: Class B driver’s license
Soft Skills
- Conscientious and independent way of working (hands-on mentality)
- Enthusiasm for office organization and maintenance
- A friendly and outgoing nature
- Team spirit & helpfulness
