Become a part of our great corporate culture and support our account management team as a IT Consultant/Solution Architect in customer support and consulting in the conception of innovative, digital marketing for the healthcare sector.
Your tasks:
- Development of innovative solutions for our customers
- Proactive customer care, management and retention
- Customer consulting with regard to technology and strategy as well as best practice
- Analysis of existing CLM or Web systems from an IT and business perspective
- Internal support for CLM and Web systems
- Internal workshops and knowledge transfer
- Communicative link between IT, marketing, business and sales
- Supporting the development teams in the implementation and commissioning of technical solutions
Your profile:
Hard Skills
- Several years of professional experience in IT (IT project management or software development)
- Extensive know-how in software engineering (ideally Salesforce/Veeva CRM) as well as web technologies
- High level of competence in consulting, communication and negotiation
- Distinct affinity for digital media, a feel for digital trends and a constant “look beyond one’s own nose”
- Nice to Have: Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
- Distinct economic and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident use of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and English
Soft Skills
