Office Assistant ^{(all genders)}

Your tasks:

• Managing our reception/telephone in the front office for colleagues, customers and visitors
• Completing general administrative tasks/coordinating service and repair orders
• Ensuring order in the office and care of our plants
• Handicraft activities (e.g., changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, putting up shelves, etc.)
• Ensuring stock order and inventory documentation
• Provision and organization of fruit/snacks/drinks
• Hospitality at internal and external meetings

Your profile:

Hard Skills

• Practical experience in craft activities
• Good written and spoken German
• Confident use of MS Office
• Nice to have, but not a prerequisite: Class B driver’s license

Soft Skills

• Conscientious and independent way of working (hands-on mentality)
• Enthusiasm for office organization and maintenance
• A friendly and outgoing nature
• Team spirit & helpfulness
