Account Manager
(m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Proactive customer care and consulting
- Briefings, workshops and onboardings for clients and agencies
- Acquisition and strategic customer development
- Calculation, processing and controlling of budgets and cost estimates
- Creative, conceptual and strategic project management
- Close cooperation with project and product management
- Contract management and control of external services
- Continuous market and customer analysis
Your profile:
- Very high affinity to digital media and marketing
- Creativity and technical understanding
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Very committed and structured way of working, great initiative and team spirit
- A high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, loyalty and passion
- A great thirst for knowledge and a constant „look beyond the horizon“
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- A plus - but not a must: Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector, Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat …), basic understanding of software development
